Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase and aim to make your experience as smooth as possible. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're happy to help—provided the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that don’t meet these criteria.
To start a return or exchange, please click the link in your order confirmation email and enter your order number and U.S. shipping ZIP code. You’ll be guided through our quick and easy online process.
- A $10 fee will apply for the return shipping label.
- Exchanges are free—you won’t be charged shipping for the replacement item. You’ll be able to select your new item and schedule the exchange within the same system.
- Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
